It will only cost you up to a maximum of €99 no matter how long it takes for us to fix it. So, if it takes us more than 1 hour to fix your computer then you only pay €99. That's it, no more. If we fix your pc in 30 minutes or less then it will cost a minumum fee of only €40 plus call out (if applicable). If it's fixed in 60 minutes or less then it will cost €75 plus call out(if applicable). |

Prices quoted are including vat unless stated otherwise. Does not include cost of any hardware if needed. Don't worry, we will contact you first to let you know if new hardware is needed to fix your computer so that you can decide to go ahead if this happens. For general setups of your computer, broadband and wireless setups, wireless security checks etc...in the home the standard €75/hr rate applies. |

This enables us to remotely connect to your computer to help you fix the problem directly from our office to you. There are no settings for you to change. In fact nothing for that matter! Just so long as you have a broadband internet connection we should be able to connect to you. This service is charged at €20 for 15 minutes - JUST CLICK ON THE REMOTE SUPPORT BUTTON |
